RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS ASSIGNED TO THE
UTILITIES UNIT REPRESENTED BY THE INTERNATIONAL
BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS LOCAL 47
WHEREAS, on October 2, 2001 the Human Resources Director recommended in a staff
report, that the job classifications of Water Meter Repairer I and II be reestablished in the
Utilities Unit represented by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47,
effective October 12, 2001; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error the salary schedule for the
classifications of Water Meter Repairer I and II were miscalculated and incorrectly listed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim to
correct said Resolution No. 01R - 251, Nunc Pro Tunc, to reflect the true interest of the City
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
the salary schedules listed below are corrected Nunc Pro Tunc and effective January 4, 2002
through January 2, 2003, the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City
of Anaheim who are now employed or in the past have been employed in the classifications
listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedules in the Salary Schedule Master:

2066 A- E
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
the salary schedules listed below are corrected Nunc Pro Tunc and effective January 3, 2003
through January 4, 2004, the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City
of Anaheim who are now employed or in the future be employed in the classifications listed
below shall be allocated to the following salary schedules in the Salary Schedule Master:

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim the 28tt~ day of January 2003.
