A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS. (Abandonment No. ABA 2002-00059)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following
public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit,
A 13 foot wide portion of that certain
easement for road and utility purposes
adjacent to the property designated as 125
East Commercial Street, Anaheim, California
as said easement is shown on a map or plan on file in the Office
of the City Clerk and in Book 1496, Page 473 of the Official
Records of Orange County and on Instrument Number 92-555115 in
the Office of the Recorder of Orange County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be held at
5:36 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic
Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim,
California 92805, on:
