CALL TO ORDER: The Community Services Board meeting was called to order at 5:37 p.m. by Chair
Cudd.
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Chair Cudd invited Board Member Zlaket to lead the Board in reciting the
Pledge of Allegiance.
INTRODUCTION OF VISITORS & PUBLIC COMMUNICATION
Scheduled Public Communication: Chair Cudd welcomed Richard Licerio to the Community Services Board
and asked Board Member Licerio introduced himself to the group.

5. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Board Member Kelso made a motion to approve the July 14, 2016
meeting minutes; Board Member Pina seconded the motion; the motion passed with seven (7) ayes and two (2)
abstentions from Board Member Barnett and Board Member Licerio.

p.m. Joe also reminded Board members that the amount of funding available for FY2017/2018 is $292,980;
no other information on the federal grant budget is available at this time.
