A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS. (Abandonment Nos. ABA 2002-00060,
00061 and 00062)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following
public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit,
Certain slope, storm drain, and electrical
utility easements within the boundaries of
proposed Tract Map No. 16254, located
generally at the northwest intersection of
Solomon Drive and Santa Ana Canyon Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be held at
5:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic
Center, located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim,
California 92805, on:
