A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2015-202
ESTABLISHING A HOTEL INCENTIVE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, on June 16, 2015, the City Council of the City of Anaheim approved
and adopted Resolution No. 2015-202 establishing a Hotel Incentive Program; and
WHEREAS, the Hotel Incentive Program set guidelines designed to encourage the
development of luxury hotels in Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, at the December 13, 2016 City Council meeting, Council Members
requested that Staff bring forth an item for their consideration that would terminate the Hotel
Incentive Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Resolution No. 2015-202 establishing a Hotel Inventive Program be, and the
same hereby is, rescinded in its entirety and shall be of no further force or effect.

That the City's Hotel Incentive Program is hereby terminated.
