A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2014-095, WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS PROFESSIONAL
MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated January 24, 2017, that Resolution No. 2014-095 be amended in the manner hereinafter set
forth, effective December 30, 2016; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2014-
095 which established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Professional
Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-095 be amended as follows:
That Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-095, is hereby amended by creating the
following classification and allocating it to the salary range as follows:
Classification
Chief Policy Advisor to the Mayor
Salary Ranpe
XCR 10
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution is
December 30, 2016.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 2014-095 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 24th day of January , 2017, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Mayor Tait and Council Members Vanderbilt, Barnes,
Moreno, and Faessel
