A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 2014-096 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CREATING, DELETING
AND/OR MODIFYING CERTAIN
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated February 28, 2017, that the need exists to create, delete and/or modify certain
classifications within the designation of Supervisory Management, effective the pay period
beginning March 10, 2017; and
WHEREAS, such additions, deletions and modifications require an amendment
to Section I of Resolution No. 2014-096, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that creating,
deleting and/or modifying such classifications to or within the designation of Supervisory
Management is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1.
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-096, is hereby amended by
creating the following classification and allocating it to the salary range as follows:
Classification Salary Ranges
Budget Supervisor XCR15
2. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-096, as amended, is hereby
further amended by changing the Title to the following classification:
From To Salary Range
Energy Risk/Transaction Supervisor Utilities Compliance Supervisor XCR13
Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2014-096, as amended, shall remain
in full force and effect.
The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2014-096, as amended,
is March 10, 2017.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 2 8 th day of February , 2017, by the following roll
call vote:
