A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION 2016-238, NUNC PRO
TUNC, RELATING TO THE EXPANSION OF PERMIT PARKING
DISTRICT NO. 38 AND DESIGNATION OF FLORENCE AVENUE
FROM CLAUDINA STREET TO PHILADELPHIA STREET AND
NARDA STREET FROM CLAUDINA STREET TO PHILADELPHIA
STREET PERMIT PARKING ONLY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did, on December 20, 2016,
adopt Resolution No. 2016-238; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, incorrect street names were
stated in one of the recitals of said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City desires, and the public interest and general welfare requires,
that said error be corrected nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Resolution No. 2016-238 be, and the same is hereby amended, nunc pro tunc, by
amending the fifth paragraph on page one to correct the street names from "Cerritos Avenue
from Balyess Street to Ninth Street" to "Florence Avenue from Claudina Street to Philadelphia
Street and Narda Street from Claudina Street to Philadelphia Street."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects, said Resolution No.
2016-238 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 6th day of June , 2017, by the following roll -
call vote:
AYES: Mayor Tait and Council Members Murray, Barnes, Moreno,
Kring, and Faessel
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
