1961/10/24 5198 City Hall, Anaheim, California - COUNCIL MINUTES - October 17, 1961, 3:00 P.M. After hearing read in full the title of Ordinance No. 1639 and having knowledge of the contents therein, Councilman Coons moved the reading in full of said ordinance be waived. Councilman Chandler seconded the motion. MOTION UNANIMOUSLY OARRIED. On roll call the foregoing Ordinance was duly passed and adopted by the following vote: AYES: COUNCILMEN: Chandler, Coons, Fry, Thompson and Schutte. NOES; COUNCILMEN: None. ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None. The Mayor declared Ordinance No. 1639 duly passed and adopted. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE APPLICATIONS: The following applications were submitted by the City Manager: New On Sale Beer at 1233 So. Brookhurst, filed by Leeham H. Vaughan (Conditional Use Permit has been approved for this particular use in conjunction with a restaurant). New Off Sale Beer and Wine License at Ray's Choice Meats, 1738 South Euclid Avenue, filed by Willie R. and Marilyn Vaughan (C-1 Zoning). No action was taken by the Council on the above applications. ADJOURNMENT: Councilman Coons moved to adjourn. Councilman Chandler seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. ADJOURNED: (9:20 P.M.)
