ORDINANCE NO. 2088
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE REJAT®
INO TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF n1E CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT
WHEREAS, said Cit planning Commission did matte find-
cings and ssuia riess of its caring and dill recommend a change or

public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Cade and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided ins
said Title 18 of the Anaheim MunicipalCode; and
AREAS, at the time and place fixed -for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all parsons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commmissi®urn,
and did adopt Resolution (a) No � (a) 6 R-858 , finding
and determining that Title 18 of the'AiRahelm MunicipalCode
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of aaid zone or zones should be made as set forth in said res®lum
tion (a); and
NOW,, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF nXE CITY OF ANA IK
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS-

That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended bchanging the bound-
aries of the zones scat forth in said `title 1 1 by adopting 4
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

The City ,Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of phis
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once wit -B*'-
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and.afte`r
its final passage it shall take effect and be in fu4.`fore�:
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County
to wit:
of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
The North 146.22 feet of the South 15 acres of the
East 18.35 acres of the Northwest quarter of the
Southwest quarter of Section 18, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellane-
ous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
Excepting therefrom the Westerly 30 feet lying within
the right of way of Velare Street.
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be
changed
to and incorporated in R-2, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City ,Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City

introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Anaheim held on the 22nd day of December, 1964, and that the
same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on -he 29th day of December, 1964, by the
following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Pebley, Dutton, Krein and Chandler
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Schutte
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2088 on the
29th day of December, 1964.
