WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of tonne or zones as scat forth in said resolutions and

findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission,

WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed, for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution (a) Ifo � (s) 6 850 , finndinng
and determining that Title 13 of thirniahela mnicipal code
should be amended and that a change or changes the b®ries
of -said zone or zones Should be made as set forth in said res®lu-
t ioan (a); and "
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolutions (s) 64TH -850
certain conditions and requirements wer�

said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of nonce or zones have been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS F® o
SECTION 1m
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zdninng bre, and the same is hereby, amended bchan>lginng the b®usnd�
aries of the tonnes set forth ire sapid Title 1 by a�doptinng a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or chargee as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, ;tate of California, described as follows, to wit:
Lots Nos. 31 and 32 of Tract No. 1161, as shown on a Map
thereof recorded in Book 36, pages 45 and 46 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
Excepting therefrom that portion lying within the right
of way of La Palma. Avenue and Moraga Street, as des-
cribed in deed recorded December 6, 1963 in Book 6833,
page 847 of Official Records of Orange County, Cali-
fornia.
now is R-1, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bul".0tin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published ancT`-=-
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and afte its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
