WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the Citgo of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No.
Series 1961-62 in Reclassification No. 61-62-69 !
recommend ng an amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim n c ya

Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zonas hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a.
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from parsons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said Cit Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its Baring and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution, and
AREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, reort of
findings, summary of evidence and recon megndation ®f tgo City
Planning Commission, the Citgo Clerk did fine the 27th day of

public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title IS of the
Anaheim Municipal Cade and change or changes of zone or zones,
and didive notice thereof in the manner and as provided in
said Tit a 18 of the Anaheim MunicipalCode; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed --for said public
nearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all parsons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there®
upon consider the recommendation of the,City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution (s) ?t o � (s) 62R-3 5 , finding
and determining that Title 13 of the Anaheim n c p Code
should be amended and thata� change or changes in the boundaries
of;said zone or zonas Should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion (s)e and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (a)62R-335
cartain conditions and requirements wara � e
as conditions precedent to. the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
ARRAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with as to the property
hereinafter described and as provided in Resolution No. 62R-335.
NOW9 THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS-

SECTI®N 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended bchanging the bound-
aries of the zones scat forth inn said Title 1 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
The southerly 195.00 feet of the easterly 165.00 feet of the
westerly 660.00 feet of Lot 2, Block K of the Kraemer Tract,
in the city of Anaheim, county of Orange, state of Califor-
nia, as per map recorded in book 12 pages 87 and 88 of
Miscellaneous Records, in the office of the county recorder
of Los Angeles County, California.
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in the following zones, upon the conditions
hereinafter set forth:
That all of the above described property shall be changed
to and incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, with
the exception of those areas lying immediately along and
parallel to any arterial streets and highways as designated
on the adopted Circulation Element of the General Plan,
which areas shall be changed to P -L, PARKING -LANDSCAPING
ZONE, for a depth of 50 feet from the property line after
any necessary dedication.
That said change of zones shall be made upon the following
conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street
grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other
appurtenant work shall be complied with as required
by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard
plans and specifications on file in the Office of the
City Engineer at the time the property is developed.
2. That the owners of the property shall pay to the City
of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street
lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time
the property is developed.
3. That all plans for development of the property shall
be submitted to and approved by the Architectural
Control Committee on the basis of compatibility of
development, both structurally and architecturally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and

circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 22nd day of December, 1964.
