ORDINANCE NO. 2082
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT-.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1049
,aeries 1963-64__.__, in Reclassification No. 63-64-77 31
recommending denial of a change in the boundaries o t e zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change of
zone or zones, and after having received evidence and reports from
persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make findings,
and a summary of its hearing, and did recommend denial of a change
of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 17th day of
March , 1,964 , as the time, and te Council Chamber
in the City Hal. of the Fy of Anaheim as the place, for a public
hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones, and did
give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing
and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did thereupon
consider the recommendation of the Clay Planning Commission, and
did adopt Resolution(s) Noo(s) 64R-345 , finding and
determining that Title 18 of t e Anaheim Municipa Code should
be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries of said
zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolution(s);
and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said resolution(s), certain
conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to
the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or, zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 10
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes
as follows-,

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
The North half of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest
quarter of .Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 10 West in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in book 51,
page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
Excepting therefrom that portion lying Southerly of a line
parallel and concentric with and distant Northerly 39.50
feet from the following described line: Beginning at a point
in the Easterly line of said Southwest quarter, said point
being distant South 0° 37' 35" East 668.84 feet from the
Northeast corner of said Southwest quarter; thence South
880 40' 2181 West 708.58 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave Southerly having a radius of 1200.00 feet;
thence Westerly and Southwesterly along said curve to a
point in the West line of the Northeast quarter of said
Southwest quarter.
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE,
upon the following conditions;
1. That 27 -foot radius turn-arounds shall be provided`_
at the end of each driveway to provide access fox
trash trucks and emergency vehicles.
2. That subject property shall be developed substant1i L--_
in accordance with plans and specifications on 011

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the Citi Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to'ct-be added,_
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby app1rov "

SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passagQ, of
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once with yf`
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Biilleiin;
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.

of Anaheim held on the 15th;day of December, 1964, and that the
same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 22nd day of December, 1964, by the
following vote of the members thereof:

TEMPORARILY ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Schutte
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2082 on the
22nd day of December, 1964. -
