AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1809 IN RE-
CLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 62-63-19
AND SUPERSEDING ITEM "(c)" IN ORDINANCE
NO. 2003 IN SAID RECLASSIFICATION
PROCEEDINGS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on January 29, 1963,
adopt Ordinance No. 1809 in Reclassification Proceedings No.
62-63-19 changing the property therein described from R -A,
RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, to R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions set forth in
said ordinance; and
WHEREAS, thereafter,
Council adopted Ordinance No.
No. 1809; and
on June 3, 1964, the City
2003 amending said Ordinance
WHEREAS, Item "(c)" of said Ordinance No. 2003 amended
Condition No. 6 of Ordinance 1809 to read:
"6. That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans
marked 'Exhibits 1, 2 and 3, Revision
No. 3,' on file with the City of Anaheim."
AND WHEREAS, the Cityy Council finds that Condition
No. 6 of Ordinance No. 1809 should be further amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 1809 in Reclassification Proceed-
ings No. 62-63-19 be and the same is hereby amended by amend-
ing condition No. 6 thereof to read as follows:
"6. That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of
Anaheim marked Exhibits Nos. 1 through 11,
Revision No. 4."
SECTION 2.
That Item "(c)" of Ordinance No. 2003 be, and the
same is superseded by the foregoing ordinance.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
