ORDINANCE NO. 2079
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No.11 17
Series 1963-64 in Reclassification No. 63-64-101 ,
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 5th day
of Mai , 19 64 as the time, and the Council
Chamber in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place, for
a public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard -and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution (s) No. (s) 64R-327 , finding
and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s)
64R-327 , certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or.changes
as follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
PARCEL 1: The North 88.5 feet of the following described
land: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the South-
east quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 22,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, San Bernardino Base and
Meridian, thence North 10 chains, thence West 12 chains,
thence South 10 chains, thence East 12 chains to the point
of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the West 330 feet thereof.
PARCEL 2: The South 177 feet of the North 265.5 feet of
the following described land: Beginning at the Southeast
corner of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter
of Section 22, in Township 4 South, Range 11 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian,thence North 10 chains;
thence West 12 chains; thence South 10 chains; thence
East 12 chains to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the West 330 feet thereof.
now is C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE,
upon the following conditions:
1. That subject property shall be developed substantially
in accordance with plans and specifications on file
with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibits Nos. 1
through 8.
2. That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be constructed along
the north, west and south property lines, prior to
final building inspection.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated -in- and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set fortli and said'.
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and he Cita- Fgiacer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning-aap to be added -
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby-approved.,-And'--

SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the pasiage-of-this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once -within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Anaheim held on the 1st day of December, 1964, and that the
same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said
City Gouncil held on the 8th day of -December, 1964, by the
following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2079 on the 8th
day of December, 1964.
