AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONE INC o -
THE CITY COUNP I]L OF, THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No.,j

in Reclassification No.
rscommmaenn ng an amendment to Title 18 of theAnaheim municipal�
Code and a chan`�e or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hcsreixaafter mnentioned and described, after having herd a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the AnaheimMunicipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes ®f zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from personsinterested therein; and

ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon ,receipt of said resolution, report of
findinge-i summary of evidence and recommendation of the City

said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and i
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
-hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-,
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did ,adopt Resolution (s) bio� (s) finding
and determining that Title 18 of the a e mu n c bode
should be amended and that a change or changes in tts b®u'nda'ries
of : said zone or zones should be lade as set forth in said resolu-
tion (s)- and,

WHEREAS9 all conditions precedent to said cha nge or
changes of zone or zones have been complied With as to the
property hereinafter described;
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF ARAHEEK
DOES ORDAIN is FOLLOWS
SECTION 1.
That Title 18' ,of the Anaheim Mnicipil Code relatin to

That all of the area situated in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
The South 200.00 feet of the East 91.00 feet
of the West 462.00 feet measured along the South
and West lines, respectively of the South 8k
Acres of the West half of the Southwest quarter
of the Southeast quarter of Section 20, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, in.the Rancho Los Coyotes,
County of Orange, State of California, as the
Southeast quarter of said Section 20 is shown
on Record of Survey Map filed in Book 17, page
27, of Records of Surveys of said County.
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be
changed to and incorporated in C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL
ZONE, subject to the construction of a concrete masonry wall
6 feet in height along the boundary between this property
and any adjacent R-1 zoned properties.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above descrited shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the
City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning
map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes
hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published, and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed
me this 8th day of December 1964.
