ING TO ZONING. ' •

THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Co.Assion of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pa;.s and adopt Resolution No. 26�
Series 1961-62 in Reclassification No. 61-62-69 ;
reco,:i ending an ammend,Icent to Title 18 of the aheio tttnicipal
'Code and a change or changes in the fly.und.=,ries of the zone or
:ones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a.
public hearing there•r in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes f zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports fr.m persons. interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City P1=ni ing Co. ,ission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did reco,Aend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings', summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission. the City Clerk did fix the 27th day of
March , 1962 , as the time, and theouSciT`OChamber

and did .give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in
said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the tie and place fixed- for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there- .
• upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Co,. ission,
and did adopt Resolution (s) No, (s) 62R-335 finding
and determining that Title 18 of the-Eihefm Muni pa'l Ods
- should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones Should be made as set forth in paid reso1U-
tion (s) ; and.
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s)„ma`-335
, certain conditions and requirements win-liar-

as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with as to the property
hereinafter described and as provided in Resolution No. 62R-335 .
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN
NOW,
FOLLOWS:
111, SECTION 1. •
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting as
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

The North 185 .00 feet of the East 203.00 feet of Lot 14
in Block TK" of the Kraemer Tract, in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded
111, in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Records , in
the Office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
California.
now is R-A, RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in the following zones , upon the conditions
hereinafter set forth:
That all of the above described property shall be changed
to and incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, with
the exception of those areas lying immediately along and
parallel to any arterial streets and highways as designated
on the adopted Circulation Element of the General Plan,
which areas shall be changed to P-L, PARKING-LANDSCAPING ZONE,
for a depth of 50 feet from the property line after any
necessary dedication.
That said change of zones shall be made upon the following
conditions :
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters , sidewalks, street
grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other
appurtenant work shall be complied with as required
by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard
plans and specifications on file in the Office of the
City Engineer at the time the property is developed.
2. That the owners of the property shall pay to the City
of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street
lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time
the property is developed.
3. That all plans for development of the property shall
be submitted to and approved by the Architectural
Control Committee on the basis of compatibility of
development, both structurally and architecturally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
11111) fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
