ORDINANCE NO. 2073
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18, CHAPTER 18.04, SECTION 18.04.030

PARAGRAPH (b) OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE,
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18, Chapter 16.04, Section 18.04.030,
Paragraph (b) of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is
hereby amended by amending Subparagraph (5) thereof and by add-
ing a new subparagraph thereto, to be numbered "(13) , " said
amended subparagraph and new subparagraph to read as follows:
"SECTION 18.04.030 GENERAL PROVISIONS -- USE --
PARKING REQUIREMENTS .
"AREA:
"(b) - (5) FOR HIGH SCHOOLS, COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITY
AUDITORIUMS and other places of occasional assembly,
at least one parking space for every ten seats .
"(b) -_ (13) CHURCHES_: One parking space for every
five seats, except for regularly established
churches in presently existing locations On the —
effective date of this Code change."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved an&signed by me

was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council
held on the 1st day of December, 1964, by the following vote of the
members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
TEMPORARILY ABSENT: COUNCILMAN: Schutte
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2073 on the 1st
day of December, 1964.
