4111 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1226
Series 1963-64 , in Reclassification No. 63-64-142
recommending denial ef a change in the bounaaFre7g—ala zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change of
zone or zones, and after having received evidence and reports from
persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make findings,
and a summary of its hearing, and did recommend denial of a change
of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings , summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 28th day of
July_ , 19_64 , as the time, 1-1(1 the Council Chamber
in the City HaTI of the City of Anaheim as the place, for a public
hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones, and did
give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing
and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did thereupon
consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission, and
did adopt Resolution(s) No. (s) 64R-652 , finding and
determining that Title 18 of t e Ana. eim Municipa Code should
be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries of said
zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolution(s) ;
and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said resolution(s) , certain
conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to
the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1.
410 That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes
as follows

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
1111 PARCEL 1: The North 28.00 feet of the South 614.10
feet of the East half of the West half of the Northwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 18, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as
said section is shown on a map recorded in Book 51,
page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of said County;
EXCEPT the East 30.00 feet thereof.
PARCEL 2: The North 92.78 feet of the South 586.10
feet of the East half of the West half of the Northwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 18, Town-
ship 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
City of Anaheim, as said Section is shown on a map re-
corded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in
the office of the County Recorder et said County;
EXCEPT the East 30.00 feet thereof;
now is R-A, RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be
changed to and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDEN-
TIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions:
1. That subject property shall be developed in ac-
cordance with all provisions of the R-3, MULTIPLE-
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, except as provided herein.
2. That a vehicular access way shall be developed on
subject property, the location, length and turn-
around area of said access way to be subject to
the approval of the Chief of the Fire Department
to insure adequate fire protection, and to the
approval of the Director of Public Works to in-
sure adequate trash collection.
3. That sidewalks and driveways shall be installed
along Velare Street as required by the City Engineer,
and in accordance with standard plans and specifi-
cations on file in the Office of the City Engineer.
4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in ac-
cordance with approved plans on file in the Office
of the Director of Public Works.
5 . That fire hydrants shall be installed as required
and determined to be necessary by the Chief of
the Fire Department.
6. That the owner of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of $25 per dwelling
unit to be used for park and recreation purposes,
said amount to be paid at the time the building
4111 permit is issued.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
1111 City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen ( 15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and, after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
