AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE BOARD OF
ADMINISTRATION OF THE CALIFORNIA STATE EMPLOYEES'
RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. That an amendment to the Contract between the
City Council of the City of Anaheim and the Board of Administration,
California State Employees'Retirement System is hereby authorized,
a copy of said amendment being marked "Exhibit A", and by such ref-
erence made a part hereof as though herein set out in full.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Anaheim is hereby
authorized, empowered, and directed to execute said amendment for
and on behalf of said agency.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after the date of its adoption, and prior to the expiration of
fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published at
least once in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circula-
tion, published and circulated in the City of Anaheim, and thenceforth
and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is signed and approved by me this
22nd day of December , 1964.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 2067 was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Anaheim held on the 24th day of November, 1964, and that the
same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 22nd day of December, 1964, by the
following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Pebley, Dutton, Schutte, Krein and Chandler
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2067 on the
22nd day of December, 1964.
