AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1956 IN RECLASSIFICATION PRO-
CEEDINGS NO. 63-64-31. T
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
on December 17, 1963 adopt Ordinance No. 1956 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. 63-64-31 changing the property therein
described from R -A, Residential -Agricultural Zone to C-1,
Neighborhood -Commercial 'Lone, subject to certain conditions
therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Condition
No. 1 of said ordinance should be amended.
MW,, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
That Condition No. 1 of Ordinance 1956 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 63-64-31 be, and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"l. That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of
Anaheim, marked "Exhibits Nos. 1, 2 and 3."
SECTION 2•
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in ful.1 force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and" "Signed by
