2065ORDINANCE NO. 2065 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT- ING -TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT : WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 877 -- ;Series 1963-64 in Reclassification No. 63-64-18 , recommen ing an amendment to Title 18 of the Ana eim Municipal Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a public hearing thereon -in the manner and as prescribed in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and WHEREAS, ings and summaries changes of zone or said City Planning Commission did make find - of its hearing and did recommend a change or zones as set forth in said resolution; and WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 24th day of Seatember 19 6.3 as the time, and the Council Chamber in the City Ha 1 . City of Anaheim as the place, for a public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones, and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, at to time and place fixed for said public hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear- ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there- upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission, and did adopt Resolution (s) No. (s)63R-782 and 64R-717, finding and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu- tion (s); and WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s)63R-782 and 64R-717 , certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones; and WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or changes of zone or zones have been -complied with; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. 1-0 'r That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound- aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as follows: -1- 63-04-13 That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: PARCEL 1: A portion of Lot 10 of Miles Rancho, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 7 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, more particularly described as follows: The North 60 feet of the following described parcel: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 9 of said Miles Rancho, said corner being the center line intersection of the roads, as shown on said map adjoinin' � said Lot 9 on the North and West; thence South 0° 29' 10 East, along the Westerly lines of Lots 9 and 10, 655.00 feet to the true point of beginning of this description; thence North 89° 431 201? East, parallel with the North line of said lot 9, 362.95 feet to the Easterly line of that certain parcel deeded to David Corderman and recorded in Book 1156, page 18 of Official Records in the Office of the County Recorder of said Orange County; thence South 00 24 0097 East, along said Easterly line of Corderman 120.00 feet; thence South 890 43' 20" West, parallel to the North line of said Lot 8, 362,77 feet to the Westerly line of said Lot 10; thence North 00 29' 10" West 120.00 feet to the true point of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the West 170 feet. PARCEL 2: The South 60 feet of the following described parcel: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 9 of said Miles rancho, said corner being the center line intersection of the roads shown on said map adjoining said Lot 9 on the North and West; thence South 00 29' 10" past, along the Westerly lines of Lots 9 and 10, 653.00 feet to the true point of beginning of this description; thence North 890 43' 20" East, parallel with the North line of said Lot 9, 362.95 feet to the Easterly line of that certain parcel deed to David Corderman and recorded in Book 1156, page 18 of Official Records in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County; thence South 00 24' 0099 East, along said Easterly line of Corderman 120.00 feet; thence South 89° 43' 20" West, parallel to the North line of said Lot 9, 362.77 feet to the Westerly line of said Lot 10; thence North 00 29' 10" gest 120.00 feet to the true point of beginning. now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTUP.E`L ZONE, and R-3, MULTIPLE - FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: -2- 1. That the proposed entranceway shall_ be widened to 24 feet, including the existing 10 -foot easement on the north property line. 2. That subject property shall be developed in accordance with revised plans, marked "Exhibits Nos. 1, 2 and 3, Revision No, 2,'" dated October 6, 1964 and signed. by Mayor_ Pro Tem Dutton. 3. That plans for any future development of subject property shall be submitted to the City Council for review and approval. 4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director of Public Works, prior to final building inspection. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to pr6pare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this- ordinance hisordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within_ — fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and-,; circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
