AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT-.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1146 --
Series 1963-64 in Reclassification No. 63-64-110 ,
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of the Ana eim Municipa
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon -in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 3rd day of
,dune 19 64 , as the time, and the Council Chamber
in the City Hallo Uie City of Anaheim as the place, for a
public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in
said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution (s) No. (s) 64&-_.4 3 , finding
and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion (s) ; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s)64R-413
certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS-.
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
That portion of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the South line of said Section
12, said point being located 648.71 feet North 89° 41' 10"
East from the Southwest corner of said Section 12,
said point being on the West line of the East 15.00
feet of the East half of the West half of the South-
west quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 12;
thence North 00 10' 49" West 815.00 feet along the
said West line of the East 15.00 feet to a point in a
line parallel with and 815.00 feet Northerly from the
South line of said Section 12; thence South 89° 41' 10"
West 316.93 feet along said parallel line to a point
in the West line of the East half of the West half
of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of
said Section 12; thence North 0° 11' 10" West 513.23
feet along the West line of the said East half of the
West half to a point in the North line of the said
Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section
12; thence North 890 41' 20" East 661.98 feet along
said North line to a point in the East line of the
West 330.00 feet of the East half of the Southwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 12;
thence South 0° 10' 49" East 1328.23 feet along the
East line of the said West 330.00 feet to a point in
the South line of said Section 12; thence South 89° 41' 10"
West 345.00 feet along said South line to the point of
beginning.

to and incorporated in the following zones, upon the conditions
hereinafter set forth:
That the most southerly 200 feet of the above
described property shall be changed to C-1,
NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE; and
That the remainder of the above described property
shall be changed to R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
ZONE.

SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
