AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING -TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 293 --
Series 1959-60 in Reclassification No. 59-60-115 ,
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of the Ana eim Municipal
Code and a. change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon -in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anahei6 Municipal Code to consider -such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 26th day of
July , 1960' , as the time, and the Counci Chamber
in the City Hall o tfTie City of Anaheim as the place, for a
public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in
said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, and
WHEREAS, at t ' e time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution (s) No. (s) 6210 , finding
and determining that Title 18 of the Ana eim Munl.cipa Code
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion (s) ; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s)
6210 , certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zoites have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
All that certain land situated in the State of California,,
County of Orange, Rancho Las Bolsas,' in the City of
Anaheim, described as follows:
The South half of the Southwest quarter of the South-
east quarter of Section 27, Township 4 South, Range 10
West, S.B.B. & M.
EXCEPTING - THEREFROM the water well, as reserved in the
deed from W. H. Girton and Ruth H. Girton, husband and
wife, to Sam Domino and LaVita Domino, husband and wife,
as joint tenants, recorded July 6-, 1959 in Book 4786,
page 94 of Official Records.

changed to and incorporated in C-2, GENERAL-CODOERCIAL ZONE, upon
the following conditions:
1. That subject property be developed substan-

2. That provision be made to drain that parcel of
subject property contiguous to Chapman Avenue,
on Chapman Avenue east of Harbor Boulevard.

SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 27th day of October 1 1964.

introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Anaheim held on the 6th day of October, 1964, and that the
same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 27th day of October, 1964, by the
following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Pebley, Dutton and Chandler
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Schutte and Krein
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2059 on the 27th
day of October, 1964.
