A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 2014-096, WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS SUPERVISORY
MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated October 24, 2017, that Resolution No. 2014-096 be amended in the manner hereinafter set
forth, effective the pay period beginning November 3, 2017; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2014-
096 which established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Supervisory
Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-096 be amended as follows:
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-096, is hereby amended by creating the
following classification and allocating it to the salary range as follows:

2. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-096, is hereby further amended by
changing the salary range of the following classification:

3. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-096, is hereby further amended by
deleting the following classification:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution is the
pay period beginning November 3, 2017.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 2014-096 shall remain in full force and effect.
