A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION 2017-024, NUNC PRO
TUNC, RELATING TO THE PROPOSITION 1 STORM WATER
GRANT PROGRAM FOR THE MODJESKA PARK
UNDERGROUND STORMWATER DETENTION AND
INFILTRATION SYSTEM PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did, on February 28, 2017 adopt
Resolution No. 2017-024; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, incorrect California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guideline Clearance Classifications were stated in the
title and in one of the recitals of said Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City desires, and the public interest and general welfare requires, that
said error be corrected nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Resolution No. 2017-024 be, and the same is hereby amended, nunc pro tunc, by
amending the title of Resolution No. 2017-024 and also the fifteenth paragraph on page 3 of
Resolution 2017-024 to correct the CEQA Classification from Sections 15301 (i.e., Class 1 —
Existing Facilities) and 15302 (i.e., Class 2 — Replacement and Reconstruction) to Section 15303
(i.e., Class 3 — New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) which consists of water,
sewage, electric, storm drains and street improvements are categorically exempt from the
provisions of CEQA.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects, said Resolution No.
2017-024 shall remain in full force and effect.
