REGULAR MEETING OF NOVEMBER 7, 2017
The Successor Agency to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency regular meeting was called to
order at 5:52 P.M. in City Council Chambers located at 200 S. Anaheim Blvd. for a joint public
comment session with the Anaheim City Council, Anaheim Public Financing Authority, Anaheim
Housing and Public Improvements Authority, and Anaheim Housing Authority. The meeting
notice, agenda, and related materials were duly posted on November 3, 2017.
PRESENT: Chairman Tom Tait and Agency Members: James Vanderbilt, Kris Murray,
Denise Barnes, Jose F. Moreno, Lucille Kring, and Stephen Faessel.
STAFF PRESENT: Interim City Manager Linda Andal, Acting City Attorney Kristin Pelletier and
Acting Secretary Theresa Bass.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
PUBLIC COMMENTS:
No public comments offered related to the Successor Agency agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR: At 7:21 P.M., the consent calendar was considered.
1. Approve minutes of the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency meeting of
SA162 May 17, 2016 and September 26, 2017.
MOTION: Agency Member Kring moved to approve the minutes of the Successor Agency to the
Redevelopment Agency meeting of May 17, 2016, seconded by Chairman Tait. APPROVED
VOTE: 4-0-3 (AYES: Chairman Tait and Agency Members Vanderbilt, Murray, and Kring;
ABSTAIN: Agency Members Barnes, Moreno, and Faessel). Motion carried.
MOTION: Agency Member Kring moved to approve the minutes of the Successor Agency to the
Redevelopment Agency meeting of September 26, 2017, seconded by Chairman Tait.
APPROVED VOTE: 7-0. Motion carried.

8130 2 RESOLUTION NO. SA -2017-002 A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD
OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
approving the form of a Preliminary Official Statement in connection with the Successor
Agency's Tax Allocation Refunding Bonds, Series 2018A and Series 2018B (federally
taxable), and authorizing certain other actions in connection therewith.
MOTION: Agency Member Kring moved to approve RESOLUTION NO. SA -2017-002 A
RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE
ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY approving the form of a Preliminary Official Statement
in connection with the Successor Agency's Tax Allocation Refunding Bonds, Series 2018A and
Series 2018B (federally taxable), and authorizing certain other actions in connection therewith.,
seconded by Agency Member Faessel. APPROVED VOTE: 7-0. Motion carried.
