AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1908 IN RE-
CLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 62-63-92.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on September 10, 1963,
adopt Ordinance No. 1908 in Reclassification Proceedings No.
62-63-92 changing the property therein described from R -A,
RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE to R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDEN-
TIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 3 of Ordinance No. 1908 reads
as follows:
"3. That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be constructed
along the north and east property lines of
subject proRerty, prior to final building
inspection.'
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the property
abutting subject property on the east has recently been zoned
R-2, TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and that the 6 -foot masonry
wall along the east property line is therefore no longer
required; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that Con-
dition No. 3 of Ordinance No. 1908 should be amended by deleting
therefrom the requirement that a 6 -foot masonry wall be con-
structed along the east property line of subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 1908 in Reclassification Proceed-
ings No. 62-63-92 be, and the same is hereby, amended by amending
Condition No. 3 thereof to read as follows:
"3. That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be constructed
along the north property line of subject
property, prior to final building inspection."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
40 its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
