ORDINANCE NO. 2041
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
is AMENDING TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.40,
SECTION 14.40.065 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TOSPEED _
LIMITS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.40, Section 14.40.065 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code, be, and the same is hereby, amended
by adding thereto Paragraphs 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, reading as
follows:
"SECTION 14.40.065 FORTY MILES PER HOUR --
STREETS.
3. RIO VISTA STREET, between the north and
south city limits.
"4. SUNKIST STREET, between Lincoln Avenue and
the south city limits.
"5. WAGNER AVENUE, between State College Boulevard
and the east city limits.
"6. CRESCENT AVENUE, between Gilbert Street and
Crescent Way.
"7. CRESCENT WAY, between Lincoln Avenue and
Crescent Avenue." _
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once within
fifteen (15) days from and after its adoption in the Anaheim
Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published,
and circulated in the City of Anaheim, and thirty (30) -days
from and after its final passage, it shall be in full force and-.,---

THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and -signed by. -we
this 22nd day of September , 1964.

hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 2041 was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim
held on the 15th day of September, 1964, and that the same was duly
passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held
on the 22nd day of September, 1964, by the following vote of the
members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Pebley, Dutton, Schutte, Krein and Chandler
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2041 on the 22nd day of September, 1964.
