ORDINANCE NO. 20,40
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.32, SECTION 14.32.190-0F
THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO PARKING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF -THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
That Title 14, Chapter 14.32, Section 14.32.190 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended
by adding thereto Paragraph 36, reading as follows:
"SECTION 14.32.190 NO PARKING AT ANY TIME --
STREETS DESIGNATED
1136. Kemp Street, on the west side, from La Palma
Avenue to a point 660 feet north of La Palma
Avenue."
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by_me
this 22nd day of September , 1964.

I, DENS M. WILLIAMS, City Clerk of the City of Anaheim, do
hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 2040 was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim held
on the 15th day of September, 1964, and that the same was duly passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 22nd
day of September, 1964, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Pebley, Dutton, Krein and Chandler
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Schutte
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2040 on the 22nd day of
September, 1964.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
