ORDINANCE NO. 2033
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM IN FIXING AND
LEVYING A PROPERTY TAX ON ALL PROPERTY WITHIN THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1964-65.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
That there be and hereby is fixed and levied a property tax for the
fiscal year 1964-65 of sixteen cents, four and one-tenth mills (0.1641) on
each one hundred dollars ($100) of the assessed valuation of all real and
personal property within the corporate limits of the City of Anaheim, for
the ordinary annual expenditures of said City.

That there be and hereby is fixed and levied a property tax for the
fiscal year 1964-65 of twenty-two cents, and six -tenths mills ($00.2206) on
each one hundred dollars ($100) of the assessed valuation of all real and
personal property within the corporate limits of the City of Anaheim, for
the purpose of maintaining the public library of said City.
SECTION 3:
That there be and hereby is fixed and levied a property tax for the
fiscal year 1964-65 of seventy-one cents, five and three -tenths mills.(_$OO.7153)
on each one hundred dollars ($100) of the assessed valuation of all real- and
personal property within the corporate limits of the City of Anaheim, for the
purpose of paying the annual interest on bonds and such part of the pri_hcipaT
as will become due before the proceeds of the next general tax levy will b -e
available.
SECTION 4:
That the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim shall certify to the
County Auditor of Orange County, the foregoing distribution of the tax rate of
the City of Anaheim to be extended by him on the 1964-65 County Assessment
Roll for the collection thereof in the same manner as County Taxes.
SECTION 5:
That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance_
and shall cause the same to be published once within fifteen {15) days after -
its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of genera-Yc i r:ccrl�ati-Qtr,`.
printed, published, and circulated in said City, and immed--ately.upon-.and.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of

of August, 1964.
