AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1073 --
Series 1963-64. in Reclassification No. 63-64-88 ,
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 10th day
of March , 19 64 , as the time, and the Council
Chamber in the City Hall (:T the City of Anaheim as the place, for
a public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard -and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution (s) No. (s) 64R-163 , finding
and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s)
_ 64R-163 , certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or.changes
as follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
Lots -Nos. 1, 2 and 3 in Tract No. 1178, as shown
on a map recorded in Book 37, Page 6 of Miscellane-
ous Maps, Records of Orange County, California.
now is R-2, TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in C-0, COMMERCIAL OFFICE ZONE, upon the
following conditions:
1. That sidewalks shall be installed along Center Street
and Evelyn Drive, as required by the City Engineer and
in accordance with standard plans and specifications
on file in the Office of the City Engineer, prior to
final building inspection.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accord-
ance with approved plans on file in the Office of the
Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets,
prior to final building inspection.
3. That the driveway on Center Street, an exit only,
shall be posted Right Turn Only." (No island opening
is opposite the driveway and Center Street is one-way
traffic to the west.)
4. That subject property shall be developed substantially
in accordance with plans and specifications on file
with the City of Anaheim, marked "Exhibits Nom. 1, 2
and 3."
5. That all air conditioning facilities shall be pruperly
shielded from view from the abutting streets.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to -be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby app

SECTION 3. -_
The City Clerk shall certify to the passa e of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the AnaheJm-Bull- '_r -a_•-
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, publi shed- ar�4 _;_,._
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from arid -after`
its final passage it shall -take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

I, DENS M. WILLIAMS, City Clerk of the City of Anaheim,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 2022 was intro-
duced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Ana-
heim held on the 21st day of July, 1964, and that the same was duly
passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on
the 28th day of July, 1964, by the following vote of the members
thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2022 on the 28th
day of July, 1964.
