AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1148
Series 1963-64 in Reclassification No. 63-64-111 ,
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of the Ana eim Municipa
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon -in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and

findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City

public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in
said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon
hereupon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution (s) No. (s) 64R-415 finding
and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion (s), and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s)
64R-413 , certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
• That portion of Lot 7 of Anaheim Extension, as shown
on a Map of Survey by William Hamel, acknowledged by
Alfred Robinson, Trustee, records of Los Angeles
County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the East line of said Lot 7,
North 0° 7' 30" East 670.83 feet from a bolt in the
pavement marking the Southeasterly corner of said
Lot 7; thence South 00 7' 30" West along the said East
line 161.70 feet; thence South 74° 38' 30" West 31.13
feet to a 4 x 4 redwood post; thence South 740 38' 30"
West 570.72 feet to a point in the Easterly line of
Tract No. 255, East Anaheim Subdivision, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 14, page 25 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California, 466.90
feet North 120 8' S" West from a 4 x 4 redwood post
at the Southeast corner of Lot 1 of said Tract No. 255
and 0.27 feet North 740 38' 30" East from a 4 x 4
redwood post; thence North 120 8' S" West along the
Easterly line of said Tract No. 255, 155.20 feet;
thence North 740 34' 15" East 636.30 feet to the point
of beginning.
Excepting therefrom a strip of land, 30 feet wide, off
the East side included in Placentia Avenue.
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be
changed to and incorporated in C-0, COMMERCIAL OFFICE ZONE,
upon the following conditions:
1. That sidewalks and driveways shall be installed
along State College Boulevard, as required by the
City Engineer and in accordance with standard
plans and specifications on file in the Office of
the City Engineer, prior to final building in-
spection.
2.
That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the
Office of the Director of Public Works and Super-
intendent of Streets, prior to final building
inspection.
3.
That fire hydrants shall be installed as required
and determined to be necessary by the Chief of
the Fire Department, said fire hydrants to be
installed prior to final building inspection.
4.
That plans for the rear portion of subject property
shall be submitted to and approved by the Planning
Commission and City Council prior to the issuance
of a building permit for said rear portion.
5.
That the front portion of subject property shall be
developed substantially in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City of
Anaheim, marked "Exhibit No. l."

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above'described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within.
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
