ORDINANCE NO. 2016
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM Ar%ND-
• ING TITLE 14, COMPTER 14.40 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE BY REPEALING PARAGRAPH 12
OF SECTION 14.40.060, AND BY AMENDING
SECTION 14.40.050, RELATING TO SPEED LIMITS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.40, Section 14.40.060 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code, be, and the same is hereby, amended
by repealing Paragraph 12 thereof, which reads as follows:
"SECTION 14.40.060 THIRTY-FIVE MILES PER HOUR --
STREETS.
1°12. Ninth Street, between Katella Avenue and
Orangewood Avenue."
SECTION 2.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.40, Section 14.40.050 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code, be, and the same is hereby, amended
by adding thereto Paragraph 11, reading as follows:
"SECTION 14.40.050 THIRTY MILES PER HOUR
STREETS.
"11. Ninth Street, between Cerritos Avenue and
Orangewood Avenue.t9
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this -
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published'once within
fifteen (15) days from and after its adoption in the Anaheim
Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published,
and circulated in the City of Anaheim, and thirty (30) days from
and after its final passage, it shall be in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 7th day of July , 1964.

hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim, held on the 30th
day of -June 1964, and that the same was passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of said City Council held on the 7th day of July, 1964, by the
following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Pebley, Dutton, Schutte, Krein and Chandler
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said ordinance on the 7th day of July, 1964.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
the official seal of the City of Anaheim this 7th day of July, 1964.
