2003ORDINANCE NO. 2003 • AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1809 PERTAINING TO RECLASSIFICATION NO. 62-63-19. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did on January 29, 1963, adopt Ordinance No. 1809 in Reclassification Proceedings No. 62-63-19 changing the property therein described from R -A, RESIDENTIAL - AGRICULTURAL ZONE to R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions set forth in said ordinance; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that since the adoption of said ordinance,multiple-family residential developments have been established and alleys provided to the north and west of the property described in said ordinance, and for this reason certain of the conditions in said ordinance are not now necessary and others should be amended. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1809 in Reclassification Proceedings No. 62-63-19 be, and the same is hereby amended as follows: (a) That Condition No. 4 be and the same is hereby deleted. (b) That Condition No. 5 be and the same is hereby amended to read: "5. That access rights shall be acquired to the alley along the westerly property line by purchasing a portion of Lot A of Tract No. 3886." (c) That Condition No. 6 be and the same is hereby amended to read: "6. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans marked 'Exhibits 1, 2 and 3, Revision No. 3,' on file with the City of Anaheim." (d) That the following conditions shall be added to said ordinance: "9. That access rights shall be acquired to the alley along the northerly property line by purchasing Lot 'A' of Tract No. 5102. "10. That an alley cut-off with a radius of -� 17.50 feet shall be provided at the north- westerly corner of subject property, prior to the issuance of a building permit. -1- 62-63-19 SECTION 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this • ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
