2002• • ORDINANCE NO. 2002 ABY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MU7I.CIPAL CODE RELAT- ING TO ZONING. THE, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT - WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 64 - Series 1962-63 in Reclassification No. 62-63-73 , recom.mendl,ng an am�n.dment of Title 18 of the An eim Municipal— Code and a cha_,ge or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said Zitle 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed char -g6 or changes of zone or zones, and after having received evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find- ings and summaries of its hearings and did recommend a change or changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 26th day of March 19 63 8 as the time, and tKe ncil C Saari e° in t � City Ha_the City of Anaheim as the place, for a public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones, and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said Title 1.8 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and 'ArRiEK-AS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear- ing and did give all. persons interested therein an opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there- upon consider the recommendation of the Cit Planning Commission, and dial adopt Resolution (s) No. (s)AR-214 , finding and determining that Title 18 of the An eim Muni cipa Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu- tion(s); esole®tion(s)a and WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 63R-214 , certain conditions and requirements were as con itlons precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones; and WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or changes of zone or zones have been complied with; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS-. SECTION to That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as follows - 1 62-63-73 That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wits The North half of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter.of Section 23, in Township 4 South, Range 11 infest, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, city of Anaheim, as shown on a -map thereof recorded in book 51, �- page 11, Miscellaneous Maps, records of.said Orange. County; EXCEPT the Westerly rectangular 250.38 feet thereof; ALSO EXCEPT the East 265.00 feet thereof. now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: 1. That adequate areas for trash storage, acces- sible to trash -truck pickup, shall be provided as determined and required by the Street Maintenance and Sanitation Division of the Public Works Department, which areas shall be enclosed with a solid fence or wall prior to final building inspection. 2. That subject property shall be�developed substan- tially in accordance with plans on file with the City of Anaheim, marked "Exhibits Nos. 1 and 2.11 3. That tree wells shall be installed at 40 -foot intervals in the parkway portion of the Ball Road right of way; that plans'for said land- scaping shall be submitted to and approved by the Superintendent of Parkway Maintenance; and that said landscaping shall be installed prior to final building inspection. _ SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the samne­�:s-- hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be-exk&ldded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorpor-at-ed.in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City .Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the -passage -of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once thin fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the iiaheim Bulletin, - a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and..,"------ circulated nd..;circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days -from. -and after _ its final passage it shall take effect and b& in full �foro!.- THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved1-4rid -si.gned `by me this 19th day of May 19 64 ATTEST.
