ORDINANCE NO. 1998
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE 4,
CHAPTER 4.05 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO BENCHES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1:
That Title 4, Chapter 4.05 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be,
and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto at the beginning of
said Chapter a new section numbered 4.05.009 to read as follows:
"Section 4.05.009.
"That wherever the title
appear in this Chapter,
of Parkway Maintenance'
SECTION 2:
*Chief of Police" shall
the title 'Superintendent
shall be substituted.'
It is the intention of the City Council that when the amendment
made by this ordinance is printed for incorporation in the Anaheim Munici-
pal Code that said new Section 4.05.009 be deleted, but that the changes
accomplished thereby be physically changed in the appropriate sections of
Chapter 4.05. --
SECTION 3:
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance
and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days
after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty
(30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be
in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me this
20th day of April, 1965.
