ORDINANCE NO. 1992
• AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 1, CHAPTER 1.12, SECTION 1.12.070(a) OF
THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATNG TO DIS
POSITION OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY.
THE CITY -COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM_DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 1, Chapter 1.12, Section 1.12.070, Paragraph
.(a) of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, -and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 1.12.070 DISPOSITION OF UNCLAIMED
PROPERTY.
"(a) Such property shall be held byth.e Police
Department for a period of at least six
months, except bicycles, which shall be
held for a period of at least three
months."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and. thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and he in full force,
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by --me
this 5th day of May, 1964.

I, DENE M. WILLIAMS, City Clerk of the City of Anaheim,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 1992 was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Anaheim held on the 28th day of April, 1964, and that the
same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 5th day of May, 1964, by the
following vote of the members thereof:
AYES COUNCILMN: Pebley, Dutton, Schutte, Kr.ein and Chandler
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the; City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 1992 on the 5th
day of May, 1964. -
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto- set my hand and
affixed the official seal of the City of Anaheim, this 5th day
of May, 1964.
