ORDINANCE NO. 1986
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.40, SECTION 14.40.070
OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO
SPEED LIMITS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.40, Section 14.40.070
-of the Anaheim_ Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby,
amended by adding thereto Paragraph 6 reading as follows:
'SECTION 14.40.070 FORTY -FIVE -MILES PER HOUR --
STREETS. _
_"6. Magnolia Avenue, frgm the northerly City
Limits to La Palma Avenue.P1
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once within
fifteen (15) days from and after its adoption in the Anaheim
Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published
and circulated in the City of Anaheim, and thirty (30) days
from and after its final passage, it shall be in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by
me this 21st day of Aril , 1964.

same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 21st day of April, 1964, by the

ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the -Mayor of the City of

day of April, 1964.
