ORDINANCE NO. 1969
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 954 --
Series 1963-64. in Reclassification No. 63-64-51 ,
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 26th day
of _ November , 19 63 , as the time, and the Council
Chamber in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place, for
a public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard -and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution (s) No. (s) 63R-950 , finding
and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 63R-950
certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes
as follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
• to wit:
PARCEL 1..
That portion of the North half of the Southeast
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 20,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, City of Anaheim, as said section is
shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 51, page
10, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County, being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of the land
conveyed by deed to Fred R. Iseli and wife recorded
July 20, 1962 in Book 6184, page 99, Official Re-
cords, said corner being in the Easterly line of
Lot 51 of Tract No. 3882, as said lot is shown on
a map thereof recorded in Book 144, pages 26, 27 and
28, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County
and running thence North 0° 40' 58" West, along said
Easterly line, 74.50 feet to the Northeasterly corner
of said lot, said corner being on a curve concave
Southerly and having a radius of 270.00 feet, a radial
line to said curve at said point bears North 6° 43'
12" West; thence Easterly, along said curve and along
the boundary of said Tract No. 3882, an arc distance
of 28.45 feet to a line tangent; thence, continuing
along the boundary of said Tract No. 3882, the follow-
ing courses and distances: North 89° 19' 02" East
87.86 feet to the beginning of tangent curve concave
Southwesterly and having a radius of 15.00 feet;
thence Southeasterly along said curve through a cen-
tral angle of 90° 32' 27iP, an arc distance of 23.70
feet; thence, tangent to said curve, South 0° 08' 31"
East 60.86 feet to the Northeasterly corner of said
land of Iseli, hereinbefore mentioned; thence, leaving
the boundary of said Tract No. 3882, Westerly along
the Northerly line of said land of Iseli, 130 feet
more or less to the point of beginning.
PARCEL 2:
That portion of the North half of the Southeast quarter
of the Northwest quarter of Section 20, in Township 4
South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, in the
City of Anaheim, as said section is shown on a map
thereof recorded in Book 51, page 10, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of said North half
of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter and
running thence South 89° 19' 02" West along the Southerly
line of said North half, 162.00 feet; thence North 0° 40'
• 58" West 72 feet; thence Easterly to a point on the
Easterly line of said North half, distant thereon North
0° 08' 31" West 72 feet from the point of beginning;
thence South 0° 08' 31" East 72 feet to the point of
beginning;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Easterly 32 feet thereof.

now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in R-1, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, -upon the
following condition:
That subject property shall be developed sub-
stantially in accordance with .plans and
specifications on file with the City -of
Anaheim, marked "Exhibits Nos. 1, 2, 3 and, -4."
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and -the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.

the City of Anaheim held on the 4th day of February, 1964,
and that the same was duly passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of said City Council held on the 11th day of February,
1964, by the following vote of the members thereof:

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 1969 on the
