A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 2014-094 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CREATING, DELETING AND/OR
MODIFYING CERTAIN CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS MIDDLE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated March 27, 2018, that the need exists to create, delete and/or modify certain classifications
within the designation of Middle Management, effective the pay period beginning April 6, 2018;
and
WHEREAS, such additions, deletions and modifications require an amendment to
Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-094, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that creating,
deleting and/or modifying such classifications to or within the designation of Middle
Management is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1.
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-094 be amended by reassigning
the salary- range of the following classifications:
From To

Principal Project Planner XCR15 XCR16
Fire Dispatch Operations Manager XCR14 XCR16
SECTION 2.
Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2014-094, as amended, shall remain in
full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2014-094, as amended, is
April 6, 2018.
SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.

of the City of Anaheim this 27th day of March , 2018, by the following roll call vote:
