A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2000R-122 WHICH ESTABLISHED
RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATION DESIGNATED
AS EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
March 18, 2003, that Resolution No. 2000R-122 be amended in the manner set forth, effective
March 18, 2003, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2000R-122
which established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Executive
Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned
amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R-122 be amended as follows:
That the salary range for the following classification be changed in Section 1 of
Resolution No. 2000-122 as follows:
From To

That the following classification be deleted from Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R-122:

Executive Director of Planning and Community Development X ER30
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution shall be March
18, 2003.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Resolution No.
2000R-122 shall remain in full force and effect.
