A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 75R-221 RELATING TO THE GOLF COURSE
ADVISORY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
heretofore created the Golf Course Advisory Commission as a
temporary advisory body to the City Council by Resolution No.
75R-221 on April 29, 1975; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore adopted its
Ordinance No. 5852 establishing the Golf Course Commission as a
permanent advisory body to the City Council and providing terms
of service for its members.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim as follows:
Section 1.
That Resolution No. 75R-221 be, and the same is hereby,
rescinded.
Section 2.
That this Resolution and the terms hereof shall become
effective upon the effective date of Ordinance No. 5852
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
