A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM VACATING PORTIONS OF
IRREVOCABLE OFFERS OF DEDICATION OF
EASEMENTS FOR EMERGENCY ACCESS, PUBLIC
UTILITY AND PUBLIC PURPOSES PURSUANT TO
CALIFORNIA STREETS AND HIGHWAY CODE
SECTION 8330, ET SEQ. - SUMMARY VACATION.

WHEREAS, an applicant has requested the vacation of certain irrevocable offers
of dedication of easements for emergency access, public utility and public purposes generally
located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as more particularly
described below ('Public Service Easements"), in conjunction with the development known as
"Anaheim Apartment Community," and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim ("City of Anaheim") was offered the Public
Service Easements for various public purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Public Service Easements to be vacated have been superseded
by relocation and there are no other public facilities located within the Public Service
Easements; and
WHEREAS, the Public Service Easements are not necessary for present or
prospective Public Utility Purposes or any other public purpose; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of the Public Service Easements as described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim
hereby order the vacation pursuant to the requirements of the California Streets and Highways
Code, Division 9, Part 3, Chapter 4.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the vacation authorized by this Resolution
shall not be effective until a certified copy of this Resolution is recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of the County of Orange, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and is hereby, authorized
and directed to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of the County of Orange, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that from and after the date the certified copy
of this Resolution is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Orange, the
vacation shall be complete and the Public Service Easements vacated shall no longer
constitute a public service easement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 10 th Day of Apr i 1 2018 by the
following roll call vote:

Those portions of Lots 2 and 3 of Tract No. 16832, in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, as shown on the map filed in Book 892, Pages 37 through 40,
inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County,
being a portion of the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication to the City of Anaheim for
emergency vehicular access, public utility purposes and other public purposes including
ingress and egress rights for maintenance shown on said Tract No. 16832, described in
