AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
Al�,IENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1464 IN RE--
CLA53IFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. F-59-60-54.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS heretofore, to wit, on April 21, 1960 the
City Council did adopt Ordinance No. 1464 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. F-59-60-54 changing the property therein
described from R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE to P-1,
AUT0M0BILE PAkKING ZONE, subject to certain conditions therein
set forth; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 2 of said ordinance reads as
follows:
"2. That a fence be erected along the North
and South boundaries of subject lot.P4
AND WHEREAS,, the City Council finds that said fence
has not been erected along said boundaries and is not now
required, due to the manner of development of the adjoining
properties; and that Condition No. 2 should, therefore, be
deleted from said ordinance.
NOLO, THEKEFOkE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS':
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 1464 in Reclassification Proceed-
ings No. F-59-60-54 be, and the same is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom Condition No. 2.
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the pas-oage of thiQ."

at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim held
on the 17th day of December, 1963, and that the same was duly passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 24th
day of December, 1963, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Chandler, Schutte, Krein and Coons.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 1958 on the 24±h day of
December, 1963.
