1941ORDINANCE NO. 1941 -
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 1, CHAPTER 1.1.2, SECTION 1.12.010,
PARAGRAPH (a) OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE,
RELATING TO COUNCIL MEETINGS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 1, Chapter 1.12, Section 1.12.010, Para-
graph (a) of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows:
`SECTION 1.12.010 COUNCIL MEETINGS --TIME AND PLACE --
ADJOURNED MEETINGS..:
"(a) The regular and special meetings of the Council
shall be held in the City Hall located on the
Southeast corner of South Claudina Street and
Lincoln Avenue in this City, and the regular
meeting shall be held on Tuesday of each week
at 1:30 p.m., provided that in the event that
Tuesday in any week shall fall upon the 1st
day of January, the 12th day of February, the
22nd day of February, the 30th day of May, the
4th day of July, the 9th day of September, the
11th day of November, the 25th day of December,
or upon any day appointed by the President of
the United States or by the Governor of the
State of California for a public feast, thanks-
giving or holiday, or upon any day on which
there is a state-wide election, then and in
that event the regular meeting shall be held
on the next succeeding day which is not a
holiday at the hour of 1:30 p.m."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen ( 15 ) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
