1927ORDINANCE NO. 1927 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1917 IN RECLASSIFICATION PRO- CEEDINGS 61-62-69(9). THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did on October 8, 1963 adopt Ordinance No. 1917 in Reclassifica- tion Proceedings 61-62-69(9) amending Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to zoning, and changing the property and area therein described from R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE to M-1, LIGHT -MANUFACTURING ZONE and P -L, PARKING - LANDSCAPING ZONE as more particularly set forth in said ordi- nance; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that through inad- vertence or oversight the property proposed to be reclassified was incorrectly described in said ordinance, and that Ordi- nance No. 1917 should, therefore, be amended by correcting the description of the real property contained therein. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1917 in Reclassification Proceed- ings 61-62-69(9) be, and the same is hereby amended by correcting the description of the property contained therein to read as fo 1 i ows : The southerly 203.00 feet of the easterly 203.00 feet, measured at right angles to their respective side lines, of that portion of Fractional Section.5, Township 4 South, Range 9 West, of the San Bernar- dino meridian, in the city of Anaheim, county of Orange, state of California, according to an of- ficial plat of said land filed in the District Land Office, March 23, 1875, described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of lot 1 of said section; thence West 812.22 feet along the South line of said lot 1 to the easterly line of the right of way of the Santa Fe Railroad; thence northeasterly 608.00 feet along the easterly line of said right of way; thence East 665.50 feet parallel with said South line to a point on the East line of said lot 1; thence South 590.40 feet along said East line to the point of beginning. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordi- nance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force. -1- 61-62-69(9) • THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me this 5th day of November, 1963.
