1920i ORDINANCE NO. 1920 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS,•the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 475 -- Series 1962-63, in Reclassification No. 62-63-18 recommending denial of a change in the boundaries.of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change of zone or zones, and after having received evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make findings, and a summary of its hearing, and did recommend denial of a change of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City Plan- ning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 25th day of Se -pt er , 19 62 , as the time, and the Council Chamber in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place, for a public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes or zone or zones, and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear- ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there- upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission, and did adopt Resolution(s) No.(s) 62R-8 , finding and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal ode should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolution(s);and WHEREAS, in accordance with said resolution(s), certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones; and WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or changes of zone or zones have been complied with; The South 266 feet of the East one-half of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, as said section is shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. EXCEPT the South 40 feet thereof. -1- 62-63-18 now is R_A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed _ to and incorporate in C_1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE, subject to the following conditions: 1. That adequate areas for trash storage, accessible to trash -truck pickup, shall be provided as determined and required by the Street Maintenance and Sanitation Division of the Public Works Department, which areas shall be enclosed with a solid fence or wall prior to final building inspection. 2. That a -landscaped strip, of a minimum width of six feet, shall be provided and maintained along Lincoln Avenue, and that said landscaping shall be installed prior to final building inspection. 3. That parking facilities shall be provided as required by the Anaheim Municipal Code. - SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as -above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3.
