ORDINANCE NO. 1916
AN ORDINANCE OF -THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18, CHAPTER 18.64, SECTION 18.64.020,_
SUBSECTIONS 2 and 3, OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO CONDITIONAL USES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
That Title 18, Chapter 18 64, Section 18.64.020,
Subsections 2 and 3, of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and
the same are hereby amended as follows:
1. That Subsection 2 of Section 18.64.020
be and the same is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following item:
"(d) Trailer Parks."
2. That Subsection 3 of Section 18.64.020
be and the same is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following item:
"(t) Trailer Parks."
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in.the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by
me this 8th day of October , 1963.

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMAN: Schutte
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 1916 on the
8th day of October, 1963.
