AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 686 --
Series 1962-63 in Reclassification No. 62-63-86 ,
recommending an amendment of Title 18 of theAn e m Municipal—
Code
n c paCode and a. change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hear;inng thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
channge or changes of zone or zoznes 9 and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
W.EREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings a -rid summaries of its hearings and did recommend a change
or changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
G HER'EAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commmission, the City Clerk did fix the 23rd day of

a public hearing upon said proposed amendment to 'title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones,
and d.id give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in' said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and.
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all parsons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and dial adopt Resolution (�s) No. (s) 63R-331 9 finding
and dete=irni,ng that Title 18 of the !E a l Ntun, c pa Code
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 63R-331
q certain conditions and requirements were ae
as con cons precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AA FOLLOWS
SECTION 1
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be,, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said `title 18 by adopting
a sectional. Zoning Map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
The South 325.07 feet of the East 134.00 feet of the
West 398.00 feet of the East half of the Southeast
quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 14,
Township -4 South, Range_ll West, in the Rancho Los
Coyotes, City,of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, as -per map recorded in Book 51, page 11
of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said county;
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon
the following conditions:
1. That the owner of subject property shall pay
to the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per
dwelling unit, to be used for park and re-
creation purposes, said amount to be paid at
the time the building permit is issued.
2. That adequate areas for trash storage, acces-
sible to trash -truck pickup, shall be provided
as determined and required by the Street Main-
tenance and Sanitation Division of the Public
Works department, which areas -shall be enclosed
by a solid fence or wall prior to final building
inspection.
3. That subject property shall be developed sub-
stantially in accordance with plans on file -with
the City of Anaheim, marked "Exhibits Nos. 1,-2,
3, 4 rand 5, Revision No. l."
4. That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be constructed -------
along the west, north and east boundaries of
subject property, where carports are not con-
structed on said boundaries; and that said wall
shall be constructed prior to final building
inspection.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
.SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of"thii�-
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anahe1.in * Bulletin_
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and`.
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days
its final passage it shall take effect and be in fu-11'dor

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance.No. 1913 was intro-
duced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Ana-
heim held on the 17th day of September, 1963, and that the same was
duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council
held on the 24th day of September, 1963, by the following vote of the
members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Chandler, Schutte and Coons
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMAN: Krein
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 1913 on the 24th
day of September, 1963.
